Patna, May 26: In the Patna District Junior Division Cricket League, under the aegis of the Patna District Cricket Association Steering Committee, Vidyarthi CC defeated Vaishali CC by 10 wickets in a match played on Sunday.

Vaishali CC won the toss and chose to bat first in the match held at Fatehpur Cricket Ground in Sampatchak. Vaishali CC managed to score only 62 runs in 21.1 overs, thanks to the brilliant bowling of Amjeet Arya and Prince Kumar from Vidyarthi CC. Tulsi was the top scorer for Vaishali CC with 20 runs.

Amarjeet Arya took 5 wickets, while Prince Kumar claimed 3 wickets for Vidyarthi CC.

In reply, Vidyarthi CC chased down the target by scoring 65 runs without losing any wickets in just 9.5 overs. Shahid scored an unbeaten 36, and Ankit Chaudhary contributed an unbeaten 19 runs. Amarjeet Arya was named Player of the Match for his exceptional bowling performance.
