Patna, May 26:  Until recently, it was believed that Bhojpuri film star Pawan Singh would not receive much support from the Bhojpuri film industry. However, Bhojpuri star Khesari Lal Yadav dispelled this notion by publicly supporting Pawan Singh. The Karakat Lok Sabha seat in Bihar has gained significant attention due to Pawan Singh’s candidacy. In his endorsement, Khesari Lal Yadav stated, “The lion stands alone in the field; he needs no one.”

Khesari Lal further remarked that only the weak rely on politics. Addressing Pawan Singh’s expulsion from the BJP, he said, “Pawan Singh does not need any party. Weak people become dependent on political parties. Pawan Singh is a lion, and he alone is enough. He will win the election on his own.” Khesari Lal also announced his plans to join Pawan Singh’s campaign efforts in Karakat, including participating in roadshows and a helicopter tour.

Pawan Singh’s display of strength on the day of his nomination overshadowed his competitors. While he showcased his political prowess, it was the sheer size of the crowd that drew the most attention. Khesari Lal Yadav has now joined forces to campaign for Pawan Singh, enhancing his campaign strategy, which has unsettled NDA candidate Upendra Kushwaha and India Alliance candidate Rajaram Singh from CPI-ML.

Khesari Lal Yadav emphasized Pawan Singh’s significant contributions to the Bhojpuri film industry, pledging full support and respect. He asserted that the Bhojpuri community is united by their language, despite some trying to sway election outcomes. He believes that while politics can change, their cultural language remains constant.

When asked about the public’s desire for change, Khesari Lal confidently stated that those who have not delivered will be replaced. He highlighted the necessity of evolving with time and affirmed that Pawan Singh, not just a leader but a true son of Bihar, is poised to win the election.

Pawan Singh’s candidacy has turned the Karakat seat into a hotly contested battleground. With NDA’s Upendra Kushwaha and India Alliance’s Rajaram Kushwaha in the fray, Pawan Singh’s entry has transformed the election into a triangular contest.
