Patna: The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on Saturday organised a joint workers’ convention at the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Hall in Kadamkuan, Patna, to campaign for its Bankipur Assembly constutency by-election candidate, Neeraj Kumar Sinha. Senior leaders from all NDA constituent parties attended the event, highlighting the alliance’s unity while expressing confidence of securing a decisive victory in the by-election.
The convention brought together leaders and workers from the BJP and all NDA constituent parties. Speakers praised the performance of the NDA governments led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Centre and by former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and current Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary in Bihar, while stressing the alliance’s unity ahead of the Bankipur by-election.
Among those present were former Union Minister and MP Dr Ravi Shankar Prasad, BJP state president Sanjay Saraogi, JD(U) state president Umesh Singh Kushwaha, Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) state president Raju Tiwari, Rashtriya Lok Morcha state president Alok Kumar, Hindustani Awam Morcha state president Dr Anil Kumar, along with district presidents, MLAs and senior office-bearers of all NDA constituent parties from Patna.
Addressing party workers, BJP state president Sanjay Saraogi said committed workers were the true identity of any organisation. He said the enthusiasm and dedication displayed at the convention indicated that the people of Bankipur were once again ready to place their trust in the NDA.

He urged party workers to reach every polling booth, contact every voter and work to ensure the emphatic victory of NDA candidate Neeraj Kumar Sinha.
Saraogi said Bankipur had consistently supported the politics of development and good governance. He added that the NDA governments led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi had ushered in a new era of development in both the country and Bihar. He expressed confidence that voters in Bankipur would support development, good governance and stable leadership by electing the NDA candidate with a decisive mandate.
JD(U) state president Umesh Singh Kushwaha said the NDA’s greatest strength was its dedicated cadre. He said the enthusiasm of workers and the organisation’s strength reflected the likely outcome of the by-election, adding that all alliance partners were united and that this unity would help the NDA achieve a historic victory.
LJP (Ram Vilas) state president Raju Tiwari said public confidence in the NDA had continued to grow. He said welfare schemes implemented by the Central and State governments had benefited every section of society and would form the basis of the alliance’s expected victory in the Bankipur by-election.
Rashtriya Lok Morcha state president Alok Kumar said the NDA was not merely a political alliance but a coalition committed to development, good governance and public service. Hindustani Awam Morcha state president Dr Anil Kumar said the people of Bihar had moved beyond the politics of disorder and backwardness and were firmly on the path of development.
The leaders appealed to party workers to visit every household, highlight the achievements of the NDA governments and ensure a record victory for the alliance in the Bankipur Assembly by-election.
