Patna: The Bihar State Under-7 and Under-9 Chess Championship will be held from July 18, under the aegis of the All Bihar Chess Association. The championship will take place at the Bihar School of Chess, Kankarbagh Sports Complex, Patna.
Players selected based on their performance in this championship will represent Bihar in the respective national championships. Notably, the National Under-7 Championship is scheduled to be held in Mandya, Karnataka, in the first week of September. Meanwhile, the National Under-9 Championship will be organized in Maharashtra in the third week of November.
