Restaurant Style Pudina Chutney Recipe

Restaurant Style Pudina Chutney also known as mint chutney is a perfect and delectable side to any savoury appetisers and entrees. This chutney specifically goes amazingly well with pakoras (fritters), samosas and kebabs.

Ingredients

  1. Pudina (Mint Leaves) 1 cup
  2. Coriander leaves 1 cup
  3. ½ tbsp cumin powder (jeera powder)
  4. ½ tbsp. black salt
  5. ½ cup beaten curd
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Sugar to taste

 

Method:

  1. Take the Pudina, coriander leaves in the mixer grinder jar and add cumin powder black salt and beaten curd.
  2. Add salt and sugar according to taste
  3. Grind the entire set of ingredients till a smooth paste is ready.
  4. Delectable Restaurant style Pudina chutney is ready.
