Restaurant Style Pudina Chutney also known as mint chutney is a perfect and delectable side to any savoury appetisers and entrees. This chutney specifically goes amazingly well with pakoras (fritters), samosas and kebabs.
Ingredients
- Pudina (Mint Leaves) 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- ½ tbsp cumin powder (jeera powder)
- ½ tbsp. black salt
- ½ cup beaten curd
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Method:
- Take the Pudina, coriander leaves in the mixer grinder jar and add cumin powder black salt and beaten curd.
- Add salt and sugar according to taste
- Grind the entire set of ingredients till a smooth paste is ready.
- Delectable Restaurant style Pudina chutney is ready.
