Patna: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the provisional answer key for the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted for Level 1 posts under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) 09/2025. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now view their question papers, recorded responses, and the official answer keys through the websites of the respective RRBs.
The facility to view these documents and raise objections will remain available from September 7 at 5:00 PM to September 15 at 5:00 PM. The RRB has stated that no representations regarding the questions, options, or answer keys will be accepted after the specified deadline.
The CBT for the Level 1 categories was conducted over multiple days, from August 3 to August 25, 2026. The examination was held for 22,195 vacancies, and a total of 52,39,760 candidates appeared for the test.
Objection Process and Fee
Candidates who find errors in the questions, options, or answer keys can submit their objections online. A fee of Rs 50 per question, plus applicable bank service charges, must be paid to raise an objection.
If an objection is found to be correct, the fee will be refunded to the candidate after deduction of applicable bank charges. The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.
How to Check and Raise Objections
Candidates can access the answer key and response sheet by visiting the official website of their respective regional RRB or the common portal at rrb.digialm.com. They must log in using their registration number and date of birth or password.
To raise an objection, candidates must click on the link for “CEN 09/2025 Answer Key, Response, Raising Objections,” select the question, provide the required details, and pay the objection fee. The RRBs have advised candidates to submit their objections well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues.
The released answer key is provisional and can be challenged. After the objection window closes, the RRBs will review the challenges submitted by candidates. The decision of the RRBs on the objections raised will be final and binding.
