Patna: A public grievance hearing programme was organised at the Janata Dal (United) state office in Patna on Wednesday, drawing a large number of complainants from across Bihar.
During the programme, Bihar Health Minister Nishant Kumar listened carefully to each grievance and issued necessary directions to the concerned officials for their lawful resolution.
Transport Minister Damodar Rawat and Disaster Management Minister Ratnesh Sada were also present on the occasion. They heard departmental issues raised by the public and initiated steps for their prompt redressal.

Following the hearing, attendees appreciated the ministers’ sensitivity, promptness and proactive approach towards addressing their concerns. Many expressed satisfaction with the ministers’ working style and the directions issued for swift resolution of grievances.
Former minister Ranjoo Geeta, along with Anil Kumar, Prof. Naveen Arya Chandravanshi, Lokprakash Singh and Arun Kumar Singh, among several other senior leaders, was also present at the event.
