LJP (R) Chief Chirag Paswan Appoints Key In-Charges Ahead of Bihar Assembly Elections

By Neeraj Kumar

LJP (R) leader Chirag Paswan has begun preparations for the Bihar assembly elections scheduled for next year. To strengthen the party’s organisation, Chirag Paswan has appointed nine key in-charges, including Jamui MP Arun Bharti. Chirag has entrusted his brother-in-law with the responsibility of organisational and election oversight. This information was shared by LJP (R)’s National Principal General Secretary, Abdul Khaliq, who confirmed that Arun Bharti’s appointment was made on Chirag Paswan’s instructions.

In view of the upcoming elections, Arun Bharti has been assigned the dual role of organisation and election in-charge. Additionally, Khagaria MP Rajesh Verma has been named election co-in-charge, while state spokesperson Kumar Saurabh Singh has been appointed as co-in-charge of the organisation. National spokesperson Dhirendra Kumar Munna has been designated as media in-charge. Meanwhile, National Secretaries Arvind Singh and Abhishek Singh will serve as organisation coordinators. Parshuram Paswan and Ved Prakash Pandey have been assigned roles as programme coordinators, and Mohammad Salim Sahil will take on the responsibility of office coordinator.

Previously, Arun Bharti served as the party’s election in-charge in Jharkhand, where LJP (R) contested the Chatra seat and secured a victory. Following the NDA’s resounding success in recent by-elections across four seats in Bihar, LJP (R) has turned its focus to “Bihar Mission 2025” as part of its broader election strategy.
