Patna: In the Colonel CK Nayudu Under-23 Men’s Cricket Tournament, Haryana handed Bihar a crushing defeat by an innings and 238 runs at the Gurugram Cricket Ground, Sultanpur. Bihar, in their fourth and final match of the first phase, managed scores of 117 and 143 in their two innings, while Haryana posted an impressive 498 in their first innings.
On the third day, Bihar resumed their second innings at 40/2 from the previous day. However, the team collapsed, losing eight wickets for just 103 additional runs, finishing at 143 in 40.3 overs. Manish Kumar top-scored for Bihar with 30 runs, while Anup Kumar remained unbeaten on 21.
