Patna: Bihar Cricket Association (BCA) President Rakesh Kumar Tiwari attended the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Bangalore, where he congratulated BCCI Secretary Jay Shah on his appointment as Chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC).
Tiwari praised Shah’s impactful work as BCCI Secretary, acknowledging his contributions to the development of Indian cricket. He remarked, “Your dynamic efforts as Secretary have left a lasting mark, and we are confident that your tenure as ICC Chairman will be equally distinguished.”
The BCA President also lauded Shah for his significant initiatives, including improving player facilities and match fees, boosting resources for state cricket associations, and leveraging advanced technology to streamline various aspects of the game.
