Patna: In the Junior National Football Championship for the Dr. BC Roy Trophy, Bihar defeated Rajasthan 5-1 on Sunday in Nagaon, Assam, in their second match.
For Bihar, Daniel Chaure scored two goals in the 86th and 91st minutes of the game. Aman Kumar added another two goals in the 61st and 77th minutes, while captain Lekhan Murmu netted a goal in the 90th minute. Rajasthan initially took the lead by scoring a goal in the first half.
Bihar will now play their last league match against Telangana on August 6.
