HCL Technologies Launches First Infrastructure Delivery Center in Patna, Bihar

Patna: Bihar is rapidly advancing in the field of IT. Following the establishment of an office by US analytics and AI consulting company Tiger Analytics, global IT giant HCL Technologies Limited has now inaugurated its first infrastructure delivery center in the state. Located in Udyog Bhawan near Gandhi Maidan, Patna, the center was officially opened by Bihar’s Industry and Tourism Minister Nitish Mishra on Tuesday.

During the inauguration, Industry Minister Nitish Mishra remarked that the launch of HCL Technologies’ Infrastructure Delivery Center marks a significant milestone for Bihar’s industry and IT sector. He emphasized that this development opens new opportunities for the state’s youth, positioning Bihar on the national IT map and encouraging future investment and employment. Mishra expressed optimism about HCL’s future in Bihar, anticipating the company’s growth in the region.

The event was attended by Information Technology Department Minister Santosh Kumar Suman, Additional Chief Secretary of Industries Department Sandeep Paundrik, Secretary of Information Technology Department Abhay Kumar Singh, HCL Tech’s Chief Financial Officer Prateek Agarwal, Chief Operating Officer Rahul Singh, and other senior officials.

Earlier, on June 26, Additional Chief Secretary of Industries Department Sandeep Paundrik announced the formal inauguration of HCL Tech’s office. He also mentioned plans to discuss the establishment of a larger HCL campus in Bihar.
