450 Participants Shine in Bihar Inter District Skating Championship

Patna: The first Bihar Inter District Roller Skating Championship was organized at Acharya Sudarshan Patna Central School, under the aegis of the Bihar Skate Association and hosted by the Patna District Roller Skating Association. This event marked the first time skaters from Patna and other districts of Bihar showcased their talents together.

The championship was inaugurated by Acharya Shri Sudarshan Ji Maharaj, who encouraged the young athletes by releasing a balloon.

Approximately 450 participants competed in the event, with 21 gold, 21 silver, and 21 bronze medals awarded to players ranging from three to 45 years old. Special Olympics athletes also took part in the competition.

Bihar Skating Association President Amar Bharti, Bihar State Skate Gold Medalist Manoj Kumar, and other esteemed members of the Bihar Skate Association welcomed the chief guest, Shri Acharya Sudarshan Ji Maharaj, with a bouquet and shawl. The medals were presented by Patna District Sports Officer Omprakash.
