Patna: There is promising news for the educated, unemployed youth of Bihar. On the initiative of the Directorate of Planning and Training within the state’s Labour Resources Department, an employment and vocational guidance fair will be held in nine districts. The fair will take place on various dates between October 18 and October 29 in different locations. According to Labour Department Secretary Deepak Anand, this fair provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with technical and non-technical qualifications across the state to secure employment in the private sector.
Deepak Anand further explained that numerous companies will participate in the fair. In addition, there will be a dedicated stall offering guidance to young attendees, advising them on steps to improve their employability. The fair will be organised in the following districts:

18 October: Nawada Government ITI Campus
19 October: Kosi College Campus, Khagaria
21 October: Government ITI, Begusarai
22 October: Joint Labour Building, Bihar Sharif Block Campus
23 October: Islamia Plus Two High School, Sheikhpura
24 October: Holy Mission High School, Mohanpur Road, Samastipur
25 October: Government ITI, Ram Nagar Campus, Darbhanga
28 October: Watson Plus Two High School, Madhubani
29 October: Joint Labour Building, Supaul
The employment fair will operate from 10 am to 4 pm on the scheduled dates. All participants are required to register on the National Career Service (NCS) portal. For those unable to register online, on-the-spot registration will also be available at the fair.
