Patna: On Sunday, forty members of the Bihar women’s and men’s hockey teams departed to participate in the 2nd Hockey India East Zone Sub Junior Championship 2024, which will take place in Guwahati, Assam, from July 24 to July 31.
Shravan Kumar, Hockey Bihar President and Rural Development Minister of the Bihar Government, welcomed the players at the old secretariat office, presenting them with flowers and bouquets. He joined the teams for refreshments and extended his best wishes, urging them to play with dedication and discipline.
The officials of Hockey Bihar also conveyed their best wishes to the teams.
