Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary met a high-level delegation from Google India, led by Vice President Chandu Thota, at Bihar Bhavan in New Delhi on Wednesday. The meeting focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration in key sectors such as education, healthcare and agriculture.
During the discussion, the Chief Minister invited Google to establish a Global Capability Centre (GCC) in the state under the Bihar Global Capability Centre Policy 2026. Both sides agreed to work towards building a strong partnership aimed at accelerating Bihar’s digital development.
Abhay Kumar Singh, Secretary of the Information Technology Department, was also present at the meeting.
