Team A Clinches Second Consecutive Victory with Dominant Win Over Team D in BCA Women’s Under-15 Cricket League

Patna, June 11: Team A secured a dominant victory over Team D in the BCA Women’s Under-15 Cricket League, winning by a significant margin of 183 runs, marking their second consecutive win.

At the Shakha ground in Rajendra Nagar, Team D won the toss and elected to field first. Team A’s top-order batsmen displayed excellent form, propelling the team to a formidable total of 320 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in their allotted 35 overs. Contributions from Riya Singh (66 runs), Ekta Raj (68 runs), Akshara Gupta (37 runs retired hurt), and Pratibha Saini (58 runs retired hurt) laid the foundation for the imposing score. Extras also played a crucial role, adding 55 runs to the tally.

In their innings, Team D struggled to build partnerships and were eventually bowled out for 137 runs in 25.2 overs. Kushmanda Mangali (30 runs) and Sakshi Kumari (35 runs) were the top scorers. Vaishnavi Singh (2 wickets), Kahkashan Parveen (2 wickets), Pratibha Saini (1 wicket), and Prachi Kumari (1 wicket) led Team A’s bowling attack.
