Today, it employs over 300,000 people, and the company’s turnover exceeds ₹13,000 crores.

He had been involved with the Bharatiya Jana Sangh since 1966 and was a founding member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Beyond SIS, Sinha’s business ventures focus on empowering the poor and promoting health through his company Aadya Organic. This enterprise works on millet farming, pure oil extraction, and organic dairy products, providing sustainable livelihoods to farmers while promoting healthy living.
