Patna: The Wall Ball Association of Bihar held a significant meeting at its office where former cricketer and convenor, Arun Kumar Singh, was unanimously elected as president of the new executive committee. Joining him in leadership roles, Sanjay Kumar, Satish Kumar Raju, and Bipin Kumar were elected as vice presidents, while Rupal Kumar was chosen as general secretary. The positions of joint secretaries were filled by Pramod Kumar and Sanjeet Kumar, with Subhajit Sarkar and Monu Kumar taking on the roles of assistant secretaries. Shikha Ji was elected as treasurer.
Expressing gratitude upon his election, Arun Kumar Singh thanked the members and outlined his vision for the development of wall ball in Bihar. He announced that the Bihar team would participate in the Second National Wall Ball Championship, scheduled from July 26 to July 28 in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, under the aegis of the Indian Wall Ball Association.
The selection of the Bihar team will be based on performance during a camp to be held at Holy Faith International School, starting Monday. This camp will be supervised by assistant secretary Sanjeet Kumar. Following the camp, the selected team will depart for Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, on July 24 via Magadh Express.
