Patna: Triumphant Cricket Academy and Basawan Park Cricket Academy (BPCA) have successfully reached the quarterfinals of the Dr Parmeshwar Dayal Memorial Under-13 Inter-School Cricket Tournament. Triumphant secured their spot by defeating YCC Cricket Academy by 5 wickets, while BPCA triumphed over SPS CCC by 21 runs.
In the first match, Triumphant Cricket Academy won the toss and opted to field first, inviting YCC Cricket Academy to bat. YCC struggled, getting bowled out for 108 runs in just 19 overs. In response, Triumphant chased down the target, scoring 109 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 21.2 overs. Coach Mukesh Kumar presented the Rize Coaching Player of the Match award to Adarsh, who excelled with the ball, taking 4 wickets for 20 runs.
In the second match, BPCA won the toss and set a challenging target, scoring 142 runs for 6 wickets in 25 overs, led by Aditya’s impressive innings of 50 runs.
