Patna: In the match held on Tuesday, the second day of the Dr Parmeshwar Dayal Memorial Under-13 Inter-School Cricket Tournament at the Cricket Academy of Bihar (CAB) ground, Moinul Haq Stadium, Rana Cricket Academy secured a comprehensive 8-wicket victory over Sardar Patel Cricket Academy B.
Ayush of Rana Cricket Academy was awarded the Rise Coaching Player of the Match for his outstanding bowling performance, taking five wickets for just 14 runs.
After winning the toss, Rana Cricket Academy opted to bowl first. Sardar Patel Cricket Academy B was bowled out for 93 runs in 18 overs, thanks to the excellent bowling by Ayush (5/14) and Ashish (3/22). Shaan was the top scorer for Sardar Patel with 29 runs.
In response, Rana Cricket Academy comfortably chased the target, scoring 94 runs for the loss of two wickets in 11.4 overs. Ashish led the batting with a knock of 36 runs, while Utkarsh contributed 17 runs.
