CAB Red Annex Dr Parmeshwar Dayal Memorial Under-13 Cricket Tournament Title

Patna: Cricket Academy of Bihar (CAB) Red claimed the title in the Dr. Parmeshwar Dayal Memorial Under-13 Cricket Tournament, defeating School of Cricket Patna by an impressive 114-run margin in the final.

Opting to bat after winning the toss, CAB Red set a formidable target by scoring 189 runs for the loss of nine wickets within the 25-over limit. Shivam anchored the innings with a standout performance, scoring 76 runs, while Rishit and Kunal added 21 and 13 runs respectively. Bowlers Abhinav and Girish contributed to the total by each taking two wickets.

In response, School of Cricket Patna struggled to build momentum and were bowled out for just 75 runs in 18.3 overs. Sadan scored 16 runs, while Agastya managed 13. Nikesh and Pratyush from CAB Red led the bowling, taking two wickets each. Nikesh’s all-around contribution earned him the Player of the Match award.

The awards ceremony was graced by Patna Mayor Sita Sahu, Deputy Mayor Reshmi Chandravanshi, and Patna Municipal Corporation’s Empowered Committee member and Ward Councillor Indravanshi Chandravanshi, alongside Suraj. The players received a warm welcome from Sardar Patel Sports Foundation General Secretary Naveen Kumar, with a vote of thanks given by the Foundation’s founder, Santosh Tiwari. Announcer Sandeep Patil conducted the proceedings, while Rize Coaching IIT JEE sponsored the awards.
