Bihar’s Satyam Prakash and Arya Parasar Shine with Double Wins at All India U-16 Tennis Championship

Patna: Bihar’s Satyam Prakash and Arya Parasar delivered remarkable performances to secure double titles at the All India Ranking Under-16 Boys and Girls Tennis Championship, organised by the Naseeb Sports Academy in Patna under the Bihar Lawn Tennis Association banner. Both players won their respective singles and doubles matches, showcasing Bihar’s emerging tennis talent.

In the boys’ singles final, Satyam Prakash outplayed Avinash Rai, another Bihar competitor, with a commanding score of 6-0, 7-6 (3). Satyam, partnering with Prakhar Ranjan in the doubles event, went on to claim victory against the duo of Chaitanya Kabir and Avinash Rai, winning comfortably at 6-1, 6-4.

In the girls’ category, Arya Parasar clinched the singles title after a hard-fought battle against Aditi Mishra, also from Bihar, finishing with a scoreline of 6-2, 5-7, 7-5. She continued her winning streak in the doubles, teaming up with Pranya Kashyap to defeat Aditi Mishra and Shreen Ghosh of West Bengal with a decisive 6-4, 6-0 victory.

The winners were honoured by Satish Prasad, Director of the Tennis Wing at Naseeb Sports Academy.
