Patna, May 18: In the Patna District Senior Division Cricket Super League, Adhikari XI triumphed over BHPCL by 89 runs, largely due to a stunning century by Akash Raj (116 runs off 80 balls, including 10 fours and 3 sixes) and a solid half-century from Keshav Kumar (62 runs off 70 balls, with 5 fours). Another Pool B match in the Super League remains to be played between YMCC and BHPCL.
In the match at Urja Stadium, BHPCL won the toss and chose to field first. Despite a shaky start, Adhikari XI managed a recovery before stumbling again.
