Patna: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Bihar unit on Saturday commenced a district-level training campaign, with two-day training sessions being inaugurated across several districts in the state. The extensive programme will continue until May 31, aiming to equip party workers, office-bearers and public representatives with ideological, organisational and practical training.
The training session in Begusarai district was jointly inaugurated by Union Minister Giriraj Singh and BJP Bihar Organisation General Secretary Bhikhu Bhai Dalsania. In Banka district, the programme was inaugurated by Bihar’s Road Construction Minister Shailendra Kumar.
Similarly, the Nawada district session was jointly inaugurated by Bihar Minister Pramod Kumar Chandravanshi and local MP Vivek Thakur. In Muzaffarpur, the session was inaugurated by Minister Kedar Gupta along with BJP Bihar Training In-charge and Chairman of the Bihar Sanskrit Education Board Mrityunjay Jha.
In Patna Rural district, the training programme was jointly inaugurated by Bihar Minister and former Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha and Minister Ramkripal Yadav.
A large number of district office-bearers, executive committee members, state functionaries, mandal presidents, morcha heads, senior leaders, MPs, MLAs and Legislative Council members attended the sessions.
The BJP, known for its organisational discipline, regularly conducts such specialised training drives. The initiative aims to instil ideological clarity, familiarise workers with organisational functioning, and strengthen their ability to communicate the party’s vision effectively to the masses.
During the sessions, participants are being briefed in detail on the party’s history, cultural nationalism, organisational structure, service activities, booth-level strengthening, social harmony, and the achievements of both the Central and Bihar governments.
Workers are also being reminded that the BJP is not merely a political party but a broader ideological movement dedicated to nation-building. Emphasis is being laid on the principles of “Nation First”, the spirit of *Antyodaya*, and the commitment to reaching the last person in society.
The two-day, one-night training sessions feature guidance from senior leaders and trainers on a wide range of subjects. The ongoing statewide campaign is being viewed as a significant step towards further strengthening the organisation and reinforcing its worker-centric approach.
