During his visit to the museum premises, the Chief Minister paid floral tribute to the statue of former Bihar Chief Minister and Bharat Ratna awardee Karpoori Thakur. He also offered homage to his portrait inside the memorial building.
Choudhary later inspected various sections of the museum, including the photo gallery showcasing key moments from Thakur’s tenure as Chief Minister and his association with social movements. He also reviewed the preserved bedroom, library and dining hall within the premises.
Officials briefed the Chief Minister in detail about the museum, stating that several personal belongings of Thakur have been carefully preserved.
