Patna: Under the aegis of Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhavan, Patna, and with technical support from the Bihar Ball Badminton Association, the 15th Dhyanchand Memorial Ball Badminton Tournament (Boys and Girls) will be organised from August 24 to August 28 at the ball badminton court at Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhavan, Saidpur, Patna.
Providing details about the event, Bihar Ball Badminton Association Secretary Gouri Shankar stated that 10 boys’ and 10 girls’ teams will participate in the tournament. The competition is open to players under the age of 17, with Aadhaar cards mandatory for all participants. Necessary preparations are being carried out under the supervision of Kilkari’s coach Rahul Kumar to ensure the success of the tournament.
The winners, runners-up, and third-placed teams in both the boys’ and girls’ categories will be awarded trophies, attractive individual prizes, and certificates. The tournament will follow a league-cum-knockout format, promising an exciting series of matches for all participants.
